Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, or does it show in the Purchased section for downloading : click on your id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click Purchased on the popup

Or on older versions of iTunes click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.


If not then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
