Can't keep my apps in their folders

I plugged my 5S into my computer ( to get my ringtones back) via USB. When I ejected and unplugged it, I found that a majority of my apps moved out of their folders and into alphabetical order. After spending a couple hours dragging my apps back into their folders I shut the iphone down for the night. The next morning they were again out of their folders and in alphabetical order. Now, I started dragging them back into the folders and they just jump out again. Is thee a setting or something I am missing? HELP!!!!
