For Wi-Fi calling , I can not see the " Wi-Fi call " button on my iPhone 6 which I bought in Taiwan.
My IOS version is the last one - iOS 8.1.3. If I use simcard of T-mobile or Spinrt ,
can I use Wi-Fi call ? Or, I need to update my iOS to different version in order to turn on Wi-Fi call

I don't believe Sprint supports WiFi calling on the iPhone at this time.

I think T-mobile users should have different iOS version for Wi-Fi calling.

It's more likely that whatever model iPhone you bought doesn't fully support it on T-Mobile.
The model sold in the US for T-Mobile is the A1549.
The one sold in Taiwan is the A1586. Different animals entirely. You don't need a different iOS version, you need a different phone.
Different iPhone ? if it is true , how those telecom carriers in Taiwan to propose Wi-Fi calling service to end user ?
Ask the to buy a new phone ? I think it would be more feasible to upgrade iOS .
