iPod nano 5th generation video and iPad compatibility

Hi, I have a problem with transfering videos that I made on iPad (Pinnacles) onto my iPod Nano 5th generation. It says that the videos aren't compatible. What should I do to make it work? Thank You!

PS: My videos are in mP4 and are a framerate of 30fps, and pixels are 720 P. Does it have something to do with Mbts? Thank you.

Hello Tiankunwang,

Thanks for the question. The iPod nano (5th generation) does not support playback of HD content (720p video). You’ll need to convert the video to a supported format:
