Why is a phantom Apple TV showing up in Airplay?

I don't own an apple TV, let alone two. This shows up on my iphone 5s, but not my gfs iphone 6 or my macbook. I should note that I do have an airplay speaker that is not showing up here, but reappeared later (but the apple tvs still show up).

I have restarted my iphone as well as reset the network.
