Mail issues with exchange

hi there

i’ve been using mail for a while now, and have been always facing the following issues.

- mails sometimes don’t sync till i close mail and reopen

- mails changes I do like delete or move to a folder seems to be executed but when i come back to mail i see that they were not.

- when i open a mail it seems its content is empty.

all seems related to a connection loss to the exchange server.

can you help trouble shot this?

exchange is a 2010 and my Mac runs the latest OS.

on my IOS devices I don’t have any issue.
