My son has forgotten passcode.
My son has forgotten his passcode. I have connected it to the up computer and reset it to factory settings but we still need the passcode. Any advice?

You will have to try to recover the password or contact Apple for help.
IF you still cannot recover it, contact Apple according to the instructions here.
