Iphone 6 sync music and movies with Itunes

I Phone 6 - all latest versions software.

- Manually manage music - checked.

Each time I connect my phone ; 20 songs are added , and one movie (even If I did not choose theese songs/movies.) Frustration.

If I try to add music/movies to my phone , most of songs/movies are shown by name on my device in Itunes, but "not moved over". On the left of the song name there is a circle.

What to do??
