Ipad connects to mobile internet and other wifi but not to this...If anyone faced and fixed can you help me ?

Judy, Thanks for your reply, however i tried all in the beginning but in vain, it seems my modem not compatible to acquire my wifi modem.
When i share my mobile network it connects 🙂
