Keyboard command keys issue

Hi! I dont know what has happened, but every time I press fn / control / option or command key on my iMac's Wireless keyboard it "locks" itself to the mode and makes using the keyboard a nightmare. See attached pic where computer screen highlights what key is activated / locked.

Can someone please let me know how to turn off this functionality?

Many thanks in advance.

Hello k71376,

The Sticky Keys Accessibility function has been enabled on your computer. This can be disabled in System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Keyboard, or you can press the Shift key five times. In the Keyboard pane of the Accessibility preference pane, the Shift x5 toggle can be disabled via the Options... button in case you'd like to prevent it from being accidentally enabled.
