A Leopard client lost access to local calendar

On my household I have Mac OS X Server running calendar and contacts services for 3 clients: iPad, iPhone and a MacBook running 10.5.8. For a while it stopped to update on the old MacBook client. On the iPhone client it works. Perhaps I did an update to OS X Server? I do not remember.

Anyway, to make the shared calendar in our household work on that MacBook again I just deleted the account in iCal. I try to add it again. But I get stuck at:

Account information not found

Server is currently unreachable or its name (reinder-rustema.local) is invalid.

From the finder with Command-K I can Browse to "ReindeR Rustema" and connect. The network is just a Zyxel ADSL modem with all devices connect through wifi. No change in the setup there.

I do not know where to start for solving this. Any suggestions?
