What is the best way to reset fully Server 4 without restoring the server?

Move the Server application to the Trash. Delete the following items (some may not exist), reboot, then put back Server and launch it:
/.ServerBackups
/var/db/.ServerSetupDone
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.serverd.plist
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.servermgr_accounts.plist
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.servermgr_certs.plist
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.servermgr_info.plist
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.servermgrd.plist
/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.apple.serverd
/Library/Server

Thank you for the quick reply. I actually went through this process recently however after setting up again, clients could not bind... So, I might have missed something by chance and will initiate the reset again.
