The function ‘CGContextClear’ is obsolete and will be removed in an upcoming update. Unfortunately, this application, or a library it uses, is using this obsolete function, and is thereby contributing to an overall degradation of system performance.

Hi, I got a MBP 13 mid 2012, Processor Speed: 2,5 GHz, Memory: 8 GB, with OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. Fusion Drive

Crucial_CT240M500SSD1:

Capacity: 240,06 GB (240.057.409.536 bytes)

HGST HTS721010A9E630:

Capacity: 1 TB (1.000.204.886.016 bytes)

I'm having some problems with my iPhoto app. Last night I had to rebuild the database, and this morning I got the following message in the console:

How can I solve this?

This is a warning message, that you will see continually in programs. I am seeing the same in Aperture. It is a warning message, intended for the developers, telling them, that an application is using a framework, that will no longer be supported in newer releases of MacOS X: It does not mean, that the application is having a problem with the current MacOS X version.

Do you experience any problems with iPhoto? Is it crashing or slow?
