Photo icon desapeared

I facing a little weird problem. For some reason, the camera icon desapears for a few minutes. I don't know the reason. It's already on two iPhones 5c and 6, simultaneously. Both are on a Brazilian Carrier Vivo. It Happened two days ago and last night .

Did someone had the same problem ? (Not linked on restrictions)
