AppleScript not running.

My colleague sits next to me. She's got a 2011 iMac. Like all the Macs in this department, she's set up to run an AppleScript script upon login. The script simply connects her to Windows server shares using regular Finder connectivity. Anyway, when she logs in, it doesn't run, at all. After a few minutes a little panel displays, asking her if she wants to "quit" the script or to "run" the script. Of course she tells it to run. But, she shouldn't have to do this. It should just run.

She's running 10.9.5 on a mid-2011 27-inch iMac.
