What specific 2104 Mac Mini? There are three different CPU models?

Faster for what? Per core the two higher-end Minis are faster than your Pro.

The Mini does not have that good of GPU and thus if you applications uses GPU for processing your Mac Pro is likely faster.

If your application uses more that two cores then likely your Pro is faster.
