A "site not trusted" certificate blocking access to i cloud

I cannot connect to i-cloud or the apps store apparently blocked by a Trust Certificate blocking Google.com. Can anyone advise?

iPad, iOS 8.1.3

Make sure that the date and time are set correctly on your iPad.

See Settings > General > Date & Time
