My 2012 macbook air shuts down while it is sleeping. I am using 10.10.2. I have purchased a new charger cord and no change. I have reset the smc and no change. Any help would be appreciated.

The articles you sent me to have to do with not sleeping or not waking up. The problem is the mac air actually shuts down while it is in the sleep mode. It only does this when the charger cord is plugged in.
