Metadata disappears when submitting updated iBook.

I have an iBook in the iBooks Store that I want to update. I followed the instructions on Update an iBooks Author book in the iBooks Store - Apple Support, however, after the submission, when iTunes Producer opens, all my metadata are gone (description, category, screenshots etc.) and all I can do is fill it all in as if this was a first submission.

Anyone having similar experiences? This is the 3rd time it happens and it is annoying.For the record, yes - I did explicitly indicate this is an update to an existing book.
