You can probably get an out of warranty replacement for a reduced price. If there are no Apple Stores in Romania, you can contact an Apple authorised reseller or the carrier that sold you the iPhone.

Use your Carrier for an Out of warranty exchange ,your only choice in Romania

You must purchase AppleCare + within 60 days of purchasing the iPhone and it needs to be inspected.
Since it is now broken, you will not be able to purchase AppleCare +.
