Check ipad mini 2 screen resolution

i juste bought an used ipad mini 2 and i want to check the screen resolution to make sure it wasn't replaced by a non retina one

So was the screen replaced? Was it the actually the display or just the glass front replaced?
If it was replaced by apple then it will defiantly be a legit screen then same as the original
