If i delete iCloud Photo Library, does it delete Photostream too?

There is an option to delete iCloud Photo Libray. When chosen, it gives you 30 days to dowbload all pictures and says everything will be deleted after that.

But - does that mean the Potostream feature will be deleted too? I want to keep that - my photostream and my shared photostreams. Apples FAQ does not answer that.

I find iCloud Photo Library totally unusable at current storage prices. I was happy having 1000 photos in my photostream, and my shared streams, and would like to go back to that. But its not clear if this will still work, as the FAQ only says "all photos and videos will be deleted"
