why has my in app purchase for hearthstone not worked?

so i bought 15 packs of cards for hearthstone on my ipad mini and i was just wondering why itunes have taken my money but not given me the packs?

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.3

I have constant problems with in-app purchases in Big Fish games, I have to reset settings & then it'll unlock, discovered that the problem may be down to not using the 24 hr format under time settings, I had problems opening a game & changing the time to show in 24 hr format allowed the game to open, then tested one of the games I can't unlock to the full version & I had no problem unlocking.

You may have to get a refund for the in-app purchase.
