Zero storage available?
16gb iPhone5S states storage almost full! 12gb used, 0bytes remaining - Apps/mail/messages etc using 6.6gb - where has the rest gone??

You can find more detailed information on how your iPhone's storage is being used in Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage. You can also tap each individual app for additional detail on its usage, and can also delete content here as well, in order to free up space.
