How to adjust date manually

Hi,

I tried to adjust date manually, it is showing "Jan 1,1970" I can change the time and the date but how to change the "Year", Yes I know I can synchronize it with a PC or I can set to "Auto", But lets say I want to change the year manually. Kindly help me regarding this. Thank you.
