Can't log in to my account that i've had for years, nothing works not forgot password/ email reset-i get nothing, not answer security question it says i gave the wrong answer. Can someone help? Nothing I try works it's like someone went in and changed everything. This is a shared computer so it could have been my wife or one of my grandkids.
