keyboard lights don't work

I have MacBook Air 2010 11" and after upgrade to Yosemite my keyboard lights are not working. When i press F5-F6,the don't respond at all. Also F12 is not responding and special functions moved left ! That is F11 is Volume+ now and F10 is Volume-. Help me please, i tried to reset SMC and PRAM but that didn't help me 😟
