Can someone assist me to get Tunein radio for my IPOD touch with IOS6.16. I can not updaet the operating system and Apple doesn't support my device with the software anymore. If this is the kind of support I'm getting from Apple I will have to go over to Samsung!

The only place to potentially get the app is the App Store. As it's a free app try downloading the current version of it on your computer's iTunes so that it's in your account's purchase history, and then on your iPod see if you can download a compatible version via the Purchased tab its App Store app (whether you can download a previous compatible version depends upon whether the app's developer allows it)
