My photos that I've saved onto my first gen iPad aren't syncing from reset

So I 'Reset All Settings' on my first gen iPad to alleviate the whole crashing to the home screen thing. And after I went through the process of setting everything up and choosing to backup from an iCloud backup made today, my photos aren't syncing. Neither is my music and my apps are staying on half percent complete. One went from syncing to saying it was waiting.

Is there anyway to remedy this? Anyone else had this problem?
