I have a messages going back from February that I need as evidence for Court, and rather than just forward them all into an email, and then not being able to distinguish which message is from one another, is there another to be able to print out text messages?
BTW, the messages are not iMessages.

You could take a screenshot of the texts. It will show that the texts haven't been altered or edited.
If you need a transcript for court your best bet is to purchase a copy of TouchCopy (or Phoneview if you have a Mac), move the texts to your computer in either rich text or pdf format and then print them. The date/time of each one will show when you print them.
