I have accidentally deleted my Apple ID and recreated. Now my old Game Center ID is not accessible. How do I get it back?

I Accidentally deleted apple id. Then I created Apple ID with same email ID. I can no longer access my game Id and this all my games have been reset to zero. How do I get my old game ID back?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3

You cannot delete an Apple ID. So, if you were able to set up a brand new Apple ID, then the email address for that Apple ID is not the same as the email address for the Apple ID you were using previously. It won't let you set up a new Apple ID with the same email address on a different one.
