is your wifi setting greyed out or do you get an error connecting to your network?

Mar 4, 2015 2:32 PM in response to owen258by mac06162012,When you do an update on your iOS device it does not cause Wi-Fi issues its just that when the software is loading the phone does a full hardware check to see if there are any identifiable issues. if so when it comes back on that component will be greyed out as in this issue with Wi-Fi being greyed out. The issue is hardware related and is going to cost you the OOW most of $199.00 + tax if its not under warranty. Thats what i had to do with mine.
