iCloud contacts keep appearing on my old, reset iPad

I've restored my old iPad for my daughter's use and reset everything with her iCloud account. Even though everything is set up with her iCloud account, my contacts continue to appear on the iPad. How do I remove them from just iPad?! And why would my contacts still be appearing on this iPad that I've reset?

Help!!

I would check iCloud.com from a Mac or PC

Sign in with her iCloud account.

If your contacts are there, then what you are seeing is expected behaviour.

You can delete yours there and leave hers.

If the contacts are not there then they are coming from another source.

Email account(s), social media, from a backup.
