I am portuguese and i am thinking buy an iphone while i am in amesterdam. I would like to know if i the iphone will work normaly when i come back to portugal and if i still have warranty in Portugal

Should be fine. Normally the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, but the EU is treated as one entity. As the Netherlands and Portugal are both members of the EU you should be OK
