After updating my iphone to iOS8, a streaming video on youtube for example or any website no longer shows progress; the top bar is full all the time and doesnot fill gradually, so i cant determine how much of the video is loaded.
Any explanation? Or did i set up something wrong?

I am seeing the same thing when I try and replicate your issue by going to youtube so I guess thats expected behavior.
