I have windows 7. It asks me for a serial number but will not accept my computer's serial #. I have downloaded some songs. Help!

If you purchased/downloaded songs from the iTunes Store you'll need to enter your Apple ID and password to authorize your computer. Press Ctrl-B to enable the menu bar (if not currently visible), select Store > Authorize This Computer... and enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
<ctrl> B doesn't do anything. My Apple ID is verified, but I can't negotiate anywhere from that.
Can you post a screenshot or the exact text of the error message you get when you try to play a song?
No. Just nothing happens. *I really would like to play some music, and especially take them to my new car which has a USB port.
