I am make a book in iPhoto and I can't add more than 100 pages and I need more than 100 pages in order to finish the book. Does anyone know how to get more pages in the book?

There is no way.
Not, if you want the Apple Print Service to print the book. If you just want a PDF version of the book to be printed somewhere else, create two books and merge the PDF files with Preview or Acrobat.
If you plan on joining the two PDF files as léonie suggested turn off page numbering in iPhoto if you don't want to get confusing numbering in the joined pdf files, i.e. 1-100 followed by another 1-100.
How do you make an iPhoto book with more than 100 pages?
