Disney Movie Rewards movie collection

I have 3 movies in my Disney Movie Rewards collection. When I click PLAY it asks me to open in my Disney Movies Anywhere app, so I do and the movie doesn't even show up in my Anywhere collection. I have three completely different movies in that collection. How do I get the movies from the Rewards site to be part of my collection in the Anywhere app? My email address is the same for both, but they don't seem to be syncing.
