Q: How to reset setting for Facetime

Hi, I am very new to IPAD and was given it as a gift. The giver initially did the set up for me. However, after reading online manual, I feel she may have SET UP Facetime incorrectly as it will not receive incoming calls nor can I access it to send a call.

How do I reset the Facetime Setting?

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.3
