Thank you for responding. I followed the directions, however it still did not correct the issue.

Thanks for the follow up. If your issue persists after following the resource above, you can contact Apple Support or take your device to the nearest Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for additional assistance.
If you plan to visit an Apple Retail Store, you can make a reservation at the Genius Bar.
