Is it possible to back up app data ? please read my detail

I have this very important countdown app in my iPhone 5 which has been counting for me for 8 months on a certain event. So i want this to continue on my new iPhone 6. is there a way to do it ? it has mental value to me. and as well as the Notes app. Can i possible transfer every note i made in notes app to my new iPhone ? also those message app like iMessage and LINE. there are important chat history. is it possible to transfer everything to new iPhone ? Any comment is much appreciate 🙂

If you backup your iPhone 5 and then setup your new iPhone from your backup it will have all this information.

Hi deggie, Do u mean all information included ?? and the count down app that is counting at this moment will continue to count on new iPhone too ?

This depends on two things:

You have included the app in your back up
The app stores data in a manner that permits it to be backed up and to restart the count down after the restore.

You might want to reach out to the app vendor for clarification.

If you follow this: Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support it will faithfully copy all data to your new phone. Unfortunately, it will even copy the lifetime counter in Settings/Cellular. Because of that I know the total amount of time I have spent on mobile calls since June 29, 2007.
