Trying to back up my ipad mini to my laptop but shows up as my iphone 4s. HOw can I get it backed up. My laptop doesnt even recognize the ipad when plugged in.
I am trying to back up my ipad mini to my laptop. When I plug it in, it recognizes it as my iphone 4s. How do I back the ipad up?
