Sync of Outlook, no Contacts or Calendar folder

I am trying to sync my Outlook to my iPhone. I have:

PC -

Windows Vista

Outlook 2007

iCloud 2

iPhone 4S

iOS 7

I see an iCloud folder in my Outlook, but there is no Contacts or Calendar folder under the iCloud folder. I have tried the sync from my iPhone with Contacts and Calendar turn off and on.

How can I get my iPhone's Contacts and Calendar into my Outlook?

Thanks

Greetings eadolphson,

It seems are you having issues syncing data with Outlook 2007. I have located an article that offers some advice for syncing contacts and calendars with Outlook 2007. It may help you find a resolution:

iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Microsoft Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 may not display contacts and calendars after sync - Apple Support
