"The iTunes Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54)."

This message keeps popping up: "The iTunes Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54)." My choices are to press OK or Do not warn me again.???? What is going on?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7)
