I just rebooted and found theres a question mark where calendar was on dock and it has disappeared from applications any ideas where it is and how to get it back?

If you are not seeing any of the apps that came with you Mac like Calendar, Notes or any other preinstalled app, then you will need to reinstall your version of OS X. Take a look at the article below for more information on how to do that.
