That was painful.

The background looked like a simple piece of stock footage that someone built. There are node systems that can create the kind of stuff but it would be easier to just buy the clip. Try searching for animated nodes or linked nodes in the various stock houses.

The picture reminds on the architecture of Frei Otto or Richard B. Fuller, they did that 'triangle tent'-stuff... try a google search with those names
