I pre- ordered Marina and the Diamonds album a little ago and got the currently released pre-singles fine, as another was released i havent been able to download. i haven't received an email saying that's ready to download and both the ios and osx itunes say that my all of songs purchased by my apple id are downloaded. I've already read the pre order page here so please don't recommend i read that
Well, there is nothing we can tell you here. The album is still in a pre-order status. I see several songs on that album that are available for individual purchase, but have no way to determine if they should all be available to pre-download. You would have to take that up with iTunes Support:

yeah i have four of the five available songs, the most recent one (i was lead to believe) would be downloaded once available because i preordered it but thank you anyway (:
