Your iPhone 4 is at the most recent iOS version you can install. There is no downgrading nor updating.

you cant downgrade but there is a way if you have beta version for ios 7.1.2 and in my opinion dont do it it doesnt worth and ios 7.1.2 is on of the best ios thas have been released it has to be good.
