Dock is trying to access Bestappsuggestion

Lately I have noticed a fast battery draining, so I took a look at Activity Monitor, and discovered that lsuseractivityd is using way too much CPU (95%)

Took a close inspection into Console and found out that lsuseractivityd is trying to repeatedly access the 'BestAppSuggestion' xpc interface and continously failing for a process id which I found to be the dock.

This is the Console message:

*** Attempt to access BestAppSuggestion xpc interface fror process pid=5051, which doesn't have the com.apple.private.coreservices.lsuseractivityd.bestappsuggestion entitlement (CornerActionManager.m #479)

What is BestAppSuggestion? I couldn't find any info anywhere!

Thank you

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Any change?

Nope.

Temporarily deleting and restoring a folder called "DockMod" inside the Dock package in "System/Library/CoreServices" helped me (until the next restart), although I couldn't access neither the Dock nor Dashboard and Launchpad. This is so weird.
