I was using 32 bit ITunes and Tuneup to keep my library clean. Now since I installed 64 bit ITunes, my Tuneup flys into the corner of my screen and I can not access it.

TuneUp isn't working with my iTunes 64bit Version, too.
But I've been able to get back the dislocated window.
Just press Win+right after you've activated it.
Let me know when you've found a solution to get TuneUp back to work.
Some users have reported that installing this version: iTunes 12.1.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards) resolves integration issues with TuneUp. iTunes 12.1 is the first fully 64-bit release and it has become clear that some third-party tools that worked fine with previous releases don't work with it. This alternate version is, like most previous "64-bit" versions of iTunes, actually a 32-bit application with a 64-bit installer - i.e., the same architecture as 12.0 and previous releases that TuneUp was reported to be working fine with).
