Activation Problems
I bought an iPod touch 5th generation new about a year ago now and recently I factory restored it. During the activation process it says "This iPod is currently link ed to an Apple ID" however I dont remember the old account
You can go to FORGOT APPLE ID to retrieve the old ID. If you don't remember the password, go to Manage you Apple ID to change it: Apple - My Apple ID. If you don't remember the answers to the Security Questions, you can contact Apple Support to reset them for you:
